Phase 1B COVID-19 Vaccinations (Updated 4/8/2021)

Des Moines County Public Health is currently in the Phase 1B COVID-19 vaccinations. Starting  April 5, 2021,  anyone aged 16 and over is eligible to receive the vaccine. The Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine is authorized for administration in persons aged 16 and over. The Moderna and Janssen/J&J vaccines are only authorized in persons aged 18 and over. Anyone under 18 years of age will need a parents consent to receive the vaccine.   Appointments can be scheduled by clicking the link or by calling the scheduling line at  319-208-5668.    Persons need to leave their name, date of birth and a telephone number where they can be reached.

 Individuals can register at the Des Moines County website (https://www.desmoinescounty.iowa.gov/) or   https://login.nowaitinside.com/#/booking/qzBCPXL9q6QI9HEowTtQTb7O  For those without internet access call  319-208-5668 to add your name for an appointment.    Persons need to leave their name, date of birth and a telephone number where they can be reached.
