NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Property: 522 N. 3rd St., Burlington Iowa
Sealed bids will be accepted by the County Auditor of Des Moines County at her office in Burlington, Iowa, until 4:30 PM, on Thursday, October 27th, 2025 for the work listed below.
A Certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit, made payable to Des Moines County, drawn upon a solvent bank, shall be filed with each bid in an amount as set forth in the bid. Failure to provide payment in full within 30 days of the date of the acceptance of a bid, will be just and sufficient cause for the denial of the award and the forfeiture of the purchase.
All Bids must be filed on the forms furnished by the County, sealed and plainly marked. Bids containing any reservations not provided for in the forms furnished may be rejected, and the County Board reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any or all bids below $125,000.
